Our thoughts on parenting...

We love to share in all aspects of parenting, including late-night feedings, diaper changes, singing silly songs, runny noses, and answering all of the ‘why’ questions.  We are committed to providing a stable, healthy and encouraging environment for our children and promise to fill their world with unconditional love and plenty of laughter and fun.  We will also ensure that our child knows that your love helped bring our family together and you will always be a special part of our lives.

Michelle...grew up in rural northeast California with her little sister and their beloved farm animals, including horses, steers, pigs, sheep, dogs and cats.  She loves caring for animals, trying new restaurants and going to the movies.  Her career as a property manager is challenging yet gives her plenty of quality time for family. She can’t wait to nurture and love another baby and is looking forward to pushing a double stroller. 

Grace...was adopted in 2006 thru the IAC, and what a blessing she has been! We knew that we had a ton of love to give a child and Grace proved us right. She is a very happy and adorable little girl. She loves playing with other children and will make an awesome big sister. We keep in touch with Grace’s birthmother in Southern California via phone, and keep in touch with her birth grandparents via emails, letters, and packages of pictures.

Dan...grew up in California’s central valley with his sister and three brothers. He was adopted by his stepmother at a very early age and experienced a closed adoption firsthand.  Knowing the confusion that secrecy can cause, Dan is an advocate for open adoption and will make sure his children know their adoption stories and always feel comfortable asking questions.  Dan works as an accounting manager in downtown San Jose, just 15 minutes from home.  He loves spending time outdoors with Grace and Michelle and is looking forward to watching Grace love and play with a new baby sister or baby brother.
